1. Who processes the data

The personal data operator is the self-employed individual Aleksei Kim (INN 312831981022), aleksei.kim.business@gmail.com, providing services through the Reelsub online service (reelsub.app).

2. What data we collect

• Account: name, email address, profile photo - provided during sign-in via Google OAuth.
• Video files: the videos you upload. Stored temporarily for processing and deleted after the task is complete.
• Audio tracks: extracted from the video for speech recognition, deleted after transcription.
• Technical data: IP address, browser User-Agent, sign-in time - to protect against abuse.
• Processing history: file name, language, task status - stored in your account.

3. Why we use the data

• Providing the speech recognition and caption generation service.
• Authentication and account protection.
• Tracking the minutes balance and the history of processed videos.
• Contacting you about payment and support matters.

4. Sharing with third parties

To run the service we use the following subprocessors:

• Google Cloud Speech-to-Text - audio processing for speech recognition. Audio files are temporarily uploaded to Google Cloud Storage and deleted after transcription.
• Google OAuth - user authentication.
• Google Cloud Run - video processing on Google servers.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data storage and deletion

• Uploaded videos and audio are deleted from the servers immediately after processing.
• Task metadata (file name, date, status) is stored in your account indefinitely until the account is deleted.
• Finished videos with captions are stored on Google Cloud Storage servers; you can download them from your account.

6. Your rights

At any time you may:

• Request a copy of your data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Withdraw your consent to data processing.

7. Cookies

The Service uses session cookies to authenticate the user. Cookies are not used for tracking or advertising.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the database is protected by authentication. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Policy changes

In the event of material changes to the policy, we will notify users by email. The current version is always available on this page.
