Public offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by the self-employed individual Aleksei Kim (INN 312831981022, email: aleksei.kim.business@gmail.com, hereinafter the "Provider") and contains all the essential terms for granting access to the Reelsub online service (hereinafter the "Service").

Acceptance of this offer is registration in the Service or payment for any minutes package. From the moment of acceptance, the Agreement is deemed concluded on the terms of this offer.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants the User access to an online tool for automatically generating captions for video files using speech recognition technology (Google Cloud Speech-to-Text) and subsequently overlaying the captions onto the video.

The result of the service is a video file in MP4 format with the captions overlaid, available for download in the User's account.

3. How the service is provided

The service is provided in the following order:

1. The User uploads a video file (MP4 or MOV, no longer than 3 minutes, no larger than 200 MB).
2. The Service automatically recognizes speech and generates captions.
3. The User edits the captions and selects a style.
4. The Service produces the final video file and provides a download link.
5. The actual duration of the processed video is deducted from the User's balance.

4. Minutes packages and pricing

The Service operates on a one-time minutes-package purchase model. There are no subscriptions or recurring (monthly) charges.

Purchased minutes have no expiry and do not burn out - they remain on the User's balance until actually used. Free minutes are granted once, on first registration. The current list of packages and prices is shown on the Pricing.

5. Payment

Payment is made as a one-time charge for the selected minutes package through the YooKassa payment service. After payment is confirmed, the minutes are credited to the User's balance automatically, usually within a few seconds. The Service makes no recurring or monthly charges.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued in proportion to the unused balance of purchased minutes. To request a refund, contact aleksei.kim.business@gmail.com.

7. Service limitations

• Maximum length of a single video - 3 minutes.
• Maximum file size - 200 MB.
• Supported formats: MP4, MOV.
• Supported languages: Russian, English.

8. Rights and obligations of the parties

The User warrants that the uploaded video materials do not infringe the copyright of third parties and contain no illegal content. The Provider bears no responsibility for the content of the uploaded materials.

The Provider may suspend access to the Service if the User breaches the terms of this offer.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee 100% accuracy of speech recognition. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for unused minutes.

10. Processing of personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
