What video formats are supported?
We accept MP4 and MOV files. Other formats are not supported yet.
What are the size and length limits?
Maximum file size is 200 MB, maximum length is 3 minutes. If your clip is longer, trim the part you need and upload that.
Why won't my video upload?
Make sure the file is MP4 or MOV, under 200 MB and under 3 minutes. If everything looks right, re-export the video from another app and try again.
Why aren't the subtitles accurate?
Quality depends on audio clarity. Best results come from a clear voice without heavy background noise. You can manually fix words in the editor before burning.
How does the minutes balance work?
Every new account gets a few free minutes. The actual length of each uploaded video is deducted. You can top up your balance on the Pricing page.
Can I download a .SRT subtitle file?
Not yet — we currently support MP4 export with burned-in captions only. .SRT export is on the roadmap.
How do I change the recognition language?
Language is selected during each upload, right after you pick a file. It can't be changed once processing has started.
